On 31st of August and 1st of September 2020, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vratsa participated in the second partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project INCLUDE: “Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age” (Project Agreement No.: 2019-1-DE02-KA202-006246), which due to COVID-19 was held online. The meeting was attended by representatives of the seven partner organisations from Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Poland.
The INCLUDE project started in October 2019. Its main goal is to support the SMEs, SMOs, and startups in the day-to-day challenges of the digital transformation with a modern, inclusive leadership approach. For this purpose, the project team is developing learning and teaching materials for managers and employees who want or should take on more responsibility. Four project outputs will be delivered: 1. Process model “Inclusive Leadership in Digital Age” (theoretical background); 2. Curriculum according to EQF; 3. Manual „Inclusive Leadership in Digital Age“(Work-based-learning- and training materials), and 4. Awareness raising Email course for leaders.
During the second partner meeting, project partners discussed the development of the project outputs, the Process model and the Curriculum in particular, the upcoming C1 training in October 2020 (where participants from partner organisations and the target group will share knowledge, get to know the outputs of the project, and test the developed instruments) and the next partner meeting. Partners’ responsibilities and deadlines in regards to the development and testing of the products were discussed and defined.
