  16:03, 26 Apr 21

On 22nd and 23rd of April 2021 was held the fourth partner meeting within project „INCLUDE – Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age“ funded under Erasmus+ programme of the EU. The meeting, that due to COVID-19 restrictions was held online, was attended by representatives of the seven partner organisations from Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Poland.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vratsa is a partner within project INCLUDE, that started in October 2019. The main aim of the project is to support managers and employees of SMEs, SMOs, and startups in their day-to-day challenges of inclusive leadership in the digital age.

During the fourth partner meeting, the project partners discussed the status of the four intellectual products developed - the Process model INCLUDE, the EQF Curriculum, the Handbook with tools for inclusive leadership in the digital age and the E-mail course. Next project steps, deadlines and partners’ responsibilities for the coming period were discussed. Project partners shared results from the recently conducted test workshops, which aim was to present the INCLUDE process model and some of the tools for inclusive leadership in the digital age to target group representatives. Testers’ feedback will be considered for improvement of the products. As a lead partner of the testing phase, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vratsa presented the next steps and time frame in regards to testing of the products.
