On 22 December 2025, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vratsa organised a forum titled “Sharing What We Have Created”, dedicated to the results, partnerships and innovations achieved within the MedDiet Go project, funded by the INTERREG Euro-MED Programme.
The event brought together representatives of various stakeholder groups, including small and medium-sized enterprises, local authorities, institutions, organisations, as well as experts in nature-based and cultural tourism. The focus was placed on presenting the project results and the four Living Labs implemented in Vratsa. Participants were introduced to the ideas and tools developed during the project, as well as to the principles of the Mediterranean Diet and how it can be applied in practice by everyone.
A panel discussion was held as part of the meeting, exploring how the Mediterranean Diet can be linked to local traditions and sustainable tourism. During the discussion, participants put forward new proposals for the development of tourism products and services in the region.
The forum also featured a chef-led demonstration entitled “Mediterranean Taste and Balkan Spirit”, which impressed attendees by showcasing how the Mediterranean Diet can be integrated into different culinary concepts.
The event concluded with a working session, during which project stakeholders had the opportunity to discuss ideas for future initiatives and joint activities.
