The Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Vratsa organised a seminar on "Cultural Heritage and Local Traditions in Tourism" under the MedDiet Go! project, INTERREG Euro-MED program.
The seminar is part of the so-called Co-creation Living Labs of the project, which aim to connect traditional knowledge and innovations.
The participants in the seminar received information about the models and criteria for improving the quality of tourism in the following sectors: Ho.Re.Ca., consumer behavior, food and beverage industry, logistics and distribution, policies, etc.
During the event, the results of the MD.net project (predecessor to MedDietGo!), as well as the activities of the MD.net network, including more than 60 innovative initiatives implemented by SMEs, were also presented.
